Terms

Last updated 18 October 2026

Brio UI is run by Harjot Singh Rana, based in India. These terms explain what joining the waitlist gets you, in plain words. Questions go to hello@brioui.com.

The founding offer

  • Who qualifies: anyone who joins the waitlist before the founding offer closes on Monday 30 November 2026 at 23:59 IST (18:29 UTC). Brio Pro launches on Tuesday 10 November 2026, so the offer stays open for three weeks after launch.
  • What you get: 50% off every Pro purchase (All-Access, the team licence, packs and singles), including Pro parts released after launch, for as long as Brio UI sells Pro. That is what “for life” means here.
  • Prices: regular Pro prices start at $9 for a single and $39 for a pack, so founding prices start at $4.50 and $19.50. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Sales tax or VAT may be added where it applies.
  • Tied to your email: the discount belongs to the address you joined with and can’t be transferred. One inbox is one member: aliases of the same inbox (for example with dots or a “+tag” in a Gmail address) count once.
  • Also included: first access to Pro, and the free set as it rolls out. Joining is free and never obliges you to buy anything.

Referral reward

  • How it works: your pass has a link. When three people join through it, you pick any one Pro single, free.
  • Who counts: a new person who joins through your link and then opens their own pass from their welcome email. People already on the list, aliases of your own inbox and throwaway inboxes don’t count.
  • When: referrals close with the founding offer, on 30 November 2026 at 23:59 IST. To count, the friend has to join and open their pass before then. The free single can be redeemed once Pro is available.
  • Limits: one free single per member. Referrals may be checked for abuse before rewards go out, and ones that look fake (for example a batch of new addresses from one person) don’t count. If we don’t count one, we’ll tell you why, and you can reply.

Buying Pro

  • Who sells it: Dodo Payments is our merchant of record. They take the payment, charge sales tax or VAT where it applies and send the invoice, so your purchase is from them and their buyer terms apply to the payment. What you may do with the components is set by the Pro licence.
  • Price: a one-time payment, no subscription. Updates to the parts you bought are included.
  • Refunds: write to hello@brioui.com within 14 days of buying, from the email on the order, and you get the full amount back. No reason needed. Dodo Payments returns it to the card or account you paid with.
  • After a refund: the refund takes back exactly what that order gave you. Those components stop installing with your key, and you agree to remove them from your projects. A chargeback does the same. Anything you bought in another order stays.
  • Tax refunds: if you were charged tax you didn’t owe, Dodo Payments handles the claim under their buyer terms.

The free set

The free components (marked Free in the docs) are released under the MIT license one at a time, all of them by the Pro launch in November 2026. They stay free, commercial use included. Each one is a single file you copy into your project and then own.

Unsubscribing

Unsubscribing stops the emails; your discount and any reward you earned stay. Asking us to delete your data ends them, because both are tied to your address.

If things change

These terms can be updated, but an update won’t take away a discount or reward you already qualified for. If Brio UI ever stops selling Pro, the discount ends with it; anything you bought stays yours, because every part is a file in your own code.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi, Delhi have jurisdiction.
